Our standard MOQ starts at 500 pieces per style per color. For new customers, we offer flexible MOQ options to help you test the market. Volume discounts are available for larger orders.
First samples typically take 7-10 business days. Wash samples may require an additional 5-7 days. We provide fit samples, wash samples, and pre-production samples (PP samples) to ensure everything meets your specifications before bulk production.
Production lead time is typically 45-60 days after PP sample approval and deposit receipt. This can vary based on order complexity and season. Rush orders can be accommodated with advance notice.
Yes! We offer both OEM (you provide the design) and ODM (we design for you) services. Our design team creates seasonal collections based on market trends and your brand DNA. Design services are free for confirmed production orders.
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and Western Union. Standard terms are 30% deposit + 70% before shipment. For established clients, we offer more flexible terms.
Absolutely! We welcome factory visits and third-party audits. Our team can arrange airport pickup, hotel recommendations, and a full factory tour. Please contact us at least 3 days in advance to schedule your visit.
